It also allows people who aren&#8217;t trained as designers to use creative tools to address a vast range of challenges.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; Tim Brown, CEO of IDEO, a renown Agency (Operations and Process Management, Strategy, Value Proposition Design).<br><br>It leads to a more Holistic perspective:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>From products to <strong>product-service offerings<\/strong><\/li><li>From individual touchpoints to <strong>complete user journeys<\/strong> that take longer and cover more mediums (channels)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-container-3 wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container\">\n<p>The 6 Principles of <strong>Service It is co-authored by more than 50 respected practitioners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This book is special because it doesn&#8217;t stop at thinking, it goes until Implementation.
